Growing the Future, Rooted in the Past

Growing Legacy,
Year-Round

We’re building something big in Southeast Wyoming — and it starts underground.

At State 44, our geothermal greenhouses are more than infrastructure. They’re a living system designed to bring life back to the land, food to the table, and natural beauty to rural communities. This is the first phase of a long-term commitment to year-round growing, land regeneration, and the kind of local resilience our region deserves.

Wyoming winters are no joke. We’re using the earth’s natural heat to change the growing game.

  • 30×50 passive geothermal greenhouse in development

  • Vented and climate-controlled with low-energy input

  • Built to withstand our wind, weather, and wild conditions

  • Designed for food security, seed propagation, and sustainability

Why Geothermal?

This greenhouse is step one — a durable, expandable, low-carbon foundation to support everything else we’re growing.

This isn’t just about food. It’s about place, people, and legacy.

We’re designing our system around:

  • 🌾 Locally adapted plants — native, heirloom, and high-yield species

  • 🐝 Pollinator-friendly farming that respects the land

  • 🧤 Hands-on opportunities for neighbors, students, and volunteers

  • 🎓 Education and training for future growers and land stewards

  • 🧱 Artifact and land preservation — because our land tells stories worth saving

From seasonal markets to future youth programs, our greenhouse will grow more than produce. It will grow capacity.
